I can help if you have downloaded any mods if not you might have accidentally deleted a save file in your game files and you can get that back by going to your recently deleted and copying it and putting it back in your game and if that didn’t work it’s probably a duplicated script

1. unzip modengine2, put all the contents inside it to Elden ring/game (main one with the .exe app in it) 2. put the mods you want to install INTO the newly created "mod" folder that came from modengine2 that now show up in the main game folder. 3. run the game through launchmod_eldenring.bat

the games anti-cheat software will do that if the mod isn't downloaded right or there was a game update that dealt with the mod. same thing happened to me with the Graceborne Mod

the mod page says it's only compatible with version 1.10.1 of eldeb ring so you have to downgrade your patch for base game
