Omg this fully explains why Squirtle and Wartortle shot their water attacks from their mouth but Blastoise could only shoot attacks from its canon. I remember Ash-Charizard vs Gary-Blastoise where Char gets close range & Gary tells Blast to bite Charizard during its Seismic Toss because he can't shoot with its canon. I was wondering why Blastoise couldn't shoot from its mouth like Squirtle!!
