Barricading the plaza on 149 did not solve the problem.. it's a band-aid for the time. All the addicts did was move closer to the store fronts and other surrounding areas. Still a hot mess happening.

They could address the filth if they wanted to, but since the majority of the ppl living there are non-white, they don't really police it. When these gentrifiers move in, they'll tidy things up.

3RD avenue 149st is deteriorating fast - I love going to Lola's they have great staff and great clothing - but because of the chaos I stop going - The owner is a very respectful and courtesy man and so is the African man at the cashier - This is a loss because of the area and drugs!

yoooo the two in the beginning of clip were on my bus yesterday! grey fit and lady with the pizza. Folded over and blocking the aisle. Bus wasn’t full but nobody wanted to push past them so we’re packed like sardines in the front.
