Ingredients: Chicken Breast Olive Oil Garlic Milk Chicken Broth Fettuccine Parmesan Salt Pepper Instructions: Slice the chicken breast in half and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 2 mins on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and let it rest. In the skillet, add milk, chicken broth, and garlic, then bring to a simmer. Add the fettuccine and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Continue simmering for about 10 mins, until pasta is nearly cooked. Stir in cream and parmesan cheese and simmer for 2 mins until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine. Serve hot, add extra cheese if desired.
