I'm glad I only have to do good old regular PCR to amplify my protein and add overhangs for gibson assembly, I can set those up in like 2 minutes.

Question... I used to watch a scientist on here, I forget his tt handle... but he would put samples into a computer (say, some sort of food item like hotdogs) and the machine would give him exactly what was in the hotdog, from the type of meat to the chemicals. I thought it was pcr, but now I'm not so sure looking at all the equipment I'm seeing from others using PCR. any idea of what that was, or who it might be? much appreciated 🥰🥰
