Add lemon, lime (ideally perfume lemon if you can find it), blanched bitter melon pieces and ice to a cocktail shaker. 2. Smash ingredients with a muddler until juices are out. 3. Add 1-2 tbs of sugar. 4. Add tea of choice (jasmine green tea or duck poo oolong tea) 5. Shake or mix to dissolve/combine. 6.
