Holding a truck on a hill with the accelerator will do this , a new driver learning to back will too lots of brake to accelerator switches quickly keeps clutch opening and closing under load

that's gen 3 ultra shift stuff dual disc clutch real tough I work on a lot of eaton endurant or dt12 stuff these days single disc junk
