This argument is invalid. Cayde's Last Stand cutcene in Forsaken had Cayde getting precision kills with his Ace of Spades, yet the Firefly perk didn't proc as it normally should. It was Graviton Lance, feel free to die on that hill.

I mean, it could be a prototype or precursor or earlier version of Graviton Lance. G Lance is clearly Golden Age technology that I don’t think would’ve been even remotely possible in the 60’s.
