Movies are super expensive AND you get no interaction with each other. My kid says my date idea makes me a Boomer. But… go to Barnes & Noble, visit the travel book section. Each of you pick somewhere you’ve never been before. Find out what there is at the location that would make it a fun trip. Share with each other and start making a travel bucket list.

Every few months my husband and I make a charcuterie and do one of the murder mystery’s in a box. After we solve it we record our time and mail it to my in-laws so it can get passed around. You can find them at Walmart/Target/Amazon but I stocked up on bunch at TJ MAXX around Christmas time. Might not help for today but it’s an idea for the future! 💕

In Canada cineplex has a subscription that gives you free movie every month! And if you don’t use the ticket you can collect them - they never expire. In addition to that you get discounts on all food products too!

I don’t know your area but arcades are fun for dates, especially physical arcades like Activate if you have them. Also, paint n sip nights are fun and we love going to small standup shows and the theatre.
