Yep! I’ve been sucked in by people with great “personalities” who traumatized me so bad and ended up being unsafe bc they refused to self reflect.

Yes I am very self aware and I often have to tell ppl to allow me to take accountability because they will try and convince me I played no part in something that I know I did

If someone is telling me a story & I point out another perspective or ask a question that might show they approached things wrong if they can’t even entertain the idea & try to sway the narrative to paint themselves as never being in the wrong I know enough

Absolutely agree with everything, but I think I’d go with ‘emotionally healthy person’. Unfortunately I’ve known good people who can’t self reflect because they are unhealed.

Exactly , traits and characteristics of a genuine good person is self awareness , accountability, integrity, kindness , being empathic , having compassion, respect , emotional maturity a lot of people aren’t truly good people because they choose everything else but this
