That’s why i spend 3 hours making my pitty 10 pounds of ground beef with 3 pounds of mixed veggies including 1-2 sweet potatoes , 6-8 eggs, and about 8 cups of rice mix it all together and feed him 2.5 cups 2 times a day, NO KIBBLEEE!!

It's weevils. it can happen in your pasta and such as well. Return the bag where you got it from and they will replace it. It happened with the chicken and rice for me and never the lamb so I do not use the chicken anymore.

If you're going to use a bottle vault or some.other kind of secondary "air tight" storage, you should still keep the food in the bag and the bag closed.

DIY dog food recipe: Protein: 1 lb lean ground turkey, chicken, or beef. You can also use fish or lamb. Carbs: 1 cup cooked brown rice or sweet potato.
