Get some nutrical, you can get it at a feed store. Or pet smart or a vet's office, it's a supplement. It will give them energy and if they have low sugar blood it will help them. I rescued for 50 years. I know what I'm talking about. It's a paste, put a little on your finger. And give it to them three times a day

This makes me so upset/triggered as someone who grew up with an amazing little shih tzu :( it’s not even neglectful at this point to have puppy mills, it’s just abuse
