They're in shock. They withdraw water from leaves into the roots. The leaves may die off but hopefully the roots will establish and some new leaves will sprout. Worm juice and seasol is all you can do to help it recover.

Try watering the whole bed to give the roots enough water to draw on. A dribble of lemon water isn't going to do it

Def in shock…prob should have left them alone…make sure to keep them well watered so they can get established again. They should come back but no more pruining.

Naw, they are very sad. Good luck. If you get self sown ones again try to lift them from the ground as seedlings without disturbing the roots and pot up until you have a place prepared for them.

Next time ..just slowly lay them down ..they will root along the stem or do the lay down planting method …

damn, all that effort and still there not having a good time. unfortunately, in my experience, it's not worth transplanting established veggies etc as even if they do survive they never get there vigour back . And as most veg are anuals they don't have enough time to come back..

If you can grind some egg shells into a powder, put a couple tbs at the base next time you water. Then just be patient. They’ll come back. Tomatoes are very tough. You’ll be right
