these comments are MAD. my mam used to go on solo holidays loads when i was a kid, i had a whale of a time at my nanny and grandads, and my mam was cool and destressed when she got back. everyone wins 🤝

coming from someone that doesn't have the option to leave the kids with anyone for even 5 minutes. It'll do them good being with someone else and learning that being apart isn't always a bad thing. they will be fine. have a great time :)

As a single parent I think it’s so important to show your children how to be someone other than mommy and how to look after your self, I always put mine first until she’s 12 now I don’t get any award for it apart from fact she questions me when I do go out or leave why I’m leaving her. Enjoy it , your allowed to be someone other than mom
