what city is this please? no municipality can force you to hire them instead of doing it yourself or hiring a 3rd party. I'm guessing it is a Democrat mayor forcing citizens to use a company the Mayor or Mayor's family owns.

How cruel the police should help not acting like a jerk. I back the blue but this is a little much. I don’t have much but if you need bail money, I will do what I can to help. Thank you for taking care of the senior citizen and not abusing them mentally
