Within 4 days I had put on 2.2lbs and I was so bloated it FELT like 20lbs.. I was in a good mood but I was achy, my boobs hurt and I’m getting married soon, I’m not prepared to put all this weight on. Also, this was the worst week as far as sleep goes I’ve had in FOREVER! I went to bed at like 7 & 5 am 🙄

I noticed better sleep and increased energy at 1 week. Water retention weight gain (4.5 lbs and 1.5in increase in waist circumference) resolved at 3 months. I will be HRT for life ❤️
