The only way to stop over stepping authority is accountability... rather than paying from govt funds, I believe police should have to carry their own insurance. Same as doctors, it's a liability!

It’s against the law to take that test without probable cause except if it’s a made up one. I won’t do it and if they arrest me I will sue them.

yes they do it all the time look at Tennessee they had over 600 false dui arrests and the doj was looking into it. the city or police insurance pays the lawsuits but if it came out of the cops pay and pension they would stop this stuff
