Any place that deals with customers, should be required to have a special room, for the employees. One side would have padded walls and floor-mounted punching/kicking bags, and the other side would be a rage room, with lots of stuff to throw. They could use items that were already partially broken, from being dropped. And, it must be soundproof.

When the place is empty or close to it and they pick the only dirty one, that either the people just left or you were busy when they left and haven’t had a chance to clean that one table. And they love to act like you’re inconveniencing them. Happens all the time,

When people sit down when they tables still dirty and act shocked, I find a way to say well they kept the seat warm for you, or this tables dirty….and I bet the seats still warm too.
