have you seen a rheumatologist? I have seronegative psoriatic arthritis (and a bunch of other chronic conditions) meaning my rheumatoid panel always comes back fine but up to 20% of people with conditions like psoriatic arthritis are seronegative. you mentioned long COVID so you likely have autoimmune issues that could be treated with traditional medicine. I don't want to invalidate your current diagnoses, but it took me about 10 years to figure out what was actually wrong with me. it's still a work in progress but treatment for my autoimmunity has made a huge difference!

Diagnosed in 2020 after over 15 years of going to doctors. Now here I am 5 years down the road and it’s damn near impossible to heal when you are constantly losing everything you own to mold and can’t afford the expensive doctors, and mold has pretty much made you homeless… Even tried living in a tent two different times and it wasn’t stable enough for my unstable health. I just wished it was more affordable to see the doctors. I have spoken to people who haven’t even healed after seeing doctors for years. Good luck to you with healing! ❤️
