I grew up in Va, then lived in Utah for 20 years and now back in Va. i can confidently say Utah drivers are worse. There's plenty of aggressive driving in both places. However, Utahns do not know the difference between merging and passing. Also, in Utah blinkers are optional and the excessive passive aggressive speeding up when their being passed is obnoxious and people pulling their RV's/boats love to drive in the left lane on the I15. But Utah Highway Patrol is the best, every state needs to mirror what they do because they keep traffic moving safely and genuinely help when there's an accident vs just staying in their cars acting like they not seeing nothing.

I absolutely love Virginia Beach but the crosswalk thing drives me crazy. In Arizona if someone is standing on the corner with the intention of crossing people stop and then everyone else stops. Here I stop for someone to start crossing and then cars keep going so they have to play Frogger.It’s getting to the point where I’m starting to wanna do something about it like go to a city council meeting lol
