@curiousaboutvietnam: Bánh Xèo is a Central and Southern Vietnamese specialty and isn’t easy to find in Hanoi, especially a great one. I have a couple that I visit when I get the urge, but this is my favorite local Banh Xeo. The food is always super fresh, tasty and inexpensive. The homey vibe and overall surroundings are also hard to beat. If you’re looking for a truly authentic Banh Xeo in Hanoi and don’t mind a little bit of local charm, you need to come here. They also serve a really great Banh Bot Loc which are Tapioca dumplings with shrimp and pork inside. Don’t forget..
