I remember as a new grad a neurosurgeon came up to the unit without introducing herself and started yelling at me about another nurse’s patient. When she got done rambling I asked “who are you?” She looked like she was about to crash out 💀

as an intern i called neuro from a different hospital after i was off the day before and knew nothing about the patient they asked about neuro exam findings i said i hadnt done it… the silence on the other end was deafening
