I can’t help but feel bad for the guy…He lost his wife, he probably lost his shop/home bc he wants to be nice, the police don’t like him because he was fired, if you choose not to see him, he doesn’t get to see Kris much, he Misses Asriel, and overall, His life just kinda sucks…so yeah, when Toriel chooses a pun-happy skeleton over the dad that’s putting in his best efforts to be kind to everyone, yeah, I can see why everyone is mad.
