I have a copy of the subpoena and know what she is seeking from my YouTube account. Misinformation about the subpoena is irresponsible & all creators impacted should get legal advice and representation from an attorney in their area - not a tiktok lawyer. The subpoena is very real. I have never received payment from anyone in this case and have never spoken to Bryan Freedman. This subpoena is an invasion of privacy and fishing expedition.
