yes, but the results have to be compared with a reference device. At this point we dont know if garmin or samsung are taking the most correct results.

Garmin beats Galaxy by far. Same features as Galaxy, thing is i can go 27 days without charging my Garmin...Beat that Samsung or even Apple!

did you switch the sensor settings in the galaxy watch to monitor heart rate continuosly? it's set to every ten minutes by default.
