I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety. Brushing my teeth have always been something I’ve struggled with. I don’t know why. Lately I have been brushing my teeth every single day for the past month. That might not be a big accomplishment for some people, but it is for me.Watching this makes me happy knowing I’m able to do a simple task like brushing my teeth every day.

Brushing should actually be your last step, the left fluoride on the left over toothpaste left after brushing is better for your enamel than rising the toothpaste out! just spit out as much of the tooth paste as u can! floss > mouth wash > brush > tounge scrape!

I would recommend floss, mouthwash, toothpaste, because when you use the mouthwash, you’re getting rid of all the fluoride in the toothpaste that should be staying on your teeth shouldn’t rinse out toothpaste

ALLAHUMMA INNII ATABARR’U MIN HAULII WA QUWWATII, WA ALTAJI’U ILAA HAULIKA WA QUWWATIKA. Namun maknanya benar dan sesuai dengan syariat. Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah rahimahullah menyebutkan dalam Majmu‘ al-Fatawa bahwa makna doa ini didukung oleh hadits yang terdapat dalam Shahih al-Bukhari dan Muslim dari al-Bara’ bin ‘Azib, yaitu: اللهم إني أسلمت نفسي إليك، وفوضت أمري إليك، وألجأت ظهري إليك رهبة ورغبة إليك، لا ملجأ ولا منجى منك إلا إليك “Ya Allah, aku serahkan diriku kepada-Mu, aku pasrahkan urusanku kepada-Mu, aku sandarkan punggungku kepada-Mu karena takut dan berharap kepada-Mu. Tiada tempat berlindung dan tiada tempat keselamatan dari-Mu kecuali kepada-Mu.” Sementara lafadz doa kedua (اللهم أعني ولا تنصر علي) merupakan hadits shahih dari Ibnu Abbas radhiyallahu ‘anhuma yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidzi, dan Ibnu Majah.
