I've suffered cold sores for years, only thing that works for me is Salt Water / Saline solution, I just use contact lens solution if I'm away from home and don't have any salt

You need to get liquorice balm look for lip q liquorice balm on Amazon. I have suffered badly for years. As soon as the blister comes up keep putting it on. Gone in days now and hardly scan. 100% recommend
