Im 17 and my mummy had a heart attack and cardiac arrest in my arms six months ago when we were at home alone, the trauma will never leave me but it changes and can get better.

I miss my 🥷🏿 sm1l3y he was right I shoulda never been in that game at that age. I miss him hella. I'm only moving forward in life because of him, he was more of a dad than my own dad and stepdad ever were. I'll never forget his advice and the conversation we had the night before what happened, happened he tried to lead me on the opposite path from him but it was too late for me to get on a better path....

my cousins witnessed their dad died and I always think maybe my uncle could have been saved if we went 10 minutes earlier when my grandma called my dad and saying his other brother was acting up again

watched both my uncles get shot in front of me. Watched my aunt overdose while I was the only other person there she was begging for me to help her and I called 911 but it was still too late it was my fault. Watched my brother pass from meningitis at the hospital nb gonna see this but had to get it off my chest
