So let us stand firm in our faith, knowing that the world may hate us, but we are loved by the one who gave his life for us. Let us respond to hatred with love, to persecution with grace, and to darkness with the light of Christ shining through us. And let us remember the words of Jesus, that in this world we will face trouble, but he has overcome the world.
