All of our kids went straight to NIDO too, just make sure to brush their teeth and it’s fine. Iron deficiency is real, and NIDO helps prevent that.

I have 3 kids. My oldest is now going to turn 8 but he drank nido from ages 1-5. He has never had a cavity nor rotting teeth. His teeth are perfectly fine. Plus he is top of his class. My youngest currently drinks nido and she's fine and so are her teeth.
