i know that she was in the wrong with the lighter, but she has every right to get water because she was dehydrated and scared. And when they took her out of the bathroom was that tackle needed?, also they way they handled the situation in front of the bathroom was not right, i know the woman was trying to calm her down and everything but then she started laughing and said “i love my job” while laughing that was not needed because she was having a breakdown and is bipolar, overall how they handled it was not right.
