I’m clear after 12 months of AHCC! SO grateful that I didn’t have the loop !! My biggest regret is having those biopsies. I’ll never let that happen again.

I’m stressed. Came back with CIN 1 mild dysplasia 2 weeks ago. On a immune suppressant for autoimmune condition but haven’t been on it due to another procedure. Supposed to restart injections this week but reading about how it may be harder to fight off HPV while on it has me still halting the injections and hoping my autoimmune symptoms stay at bay. Just long enough I clear the CIN.

What do I do if I only had 1 positive HPV test, negative HPV on the next pap 3 months later, but all paps for the past year (every 3 months) have come back as abnormal, low grade. I had two colposcopies, one last year followed by cryoablation, then one colposcopy in June this year, cryoablation being recommended again. What do I do?!

And if you're super stressed, do not be afraid of therapy! You need to learn coping techniques to help manage stress. Life is stressful enough. No need to try and navigate this on your own.

I’ve had it since my very first pap… I was 22. I just went to the gyno after not going for 4 years. Had a pap waiting to see the results still. If I still have it, it’s been almost 15 years. Glad I came across this. 💜

I am taking Turkey Tail and Vit A, per a Naturopath I am seeing. And Green Tea suppositories. I will be getting another test done in a few months to see if everything has helped
