just a guess tbh but I think it's got to do with someone trying to get unemployment if fired. if they haven't shown up to work for weeks it's easier to deny it.

during covid pretty much every agency person who was on the schedule ALWAYS called off 100% of the time.. except this one really nice girl who we always forgot was agency because she was reliable 😭😭😭
