@fatherhoodfrontier: Anger doesn’t just show up—it builds. From sleepless nights, overstimulation, pressure to keep it all together. As parents, we try to hold it in… until it explodes. And when it does, it leaves behind guilt, silence, and the heavy weight of regret. That’s what this book is for. It’s not just about stopping the yelling—it’s about learning how to release anger in a way that actually heals, not harms. If you’re constantly stuck between loving your kids deeply and losing your temper too often, you’re not alone. This book gave me techniques that support mental health, emotional wellbeing, and true stress relief—not just for me, but for my family. It’s self-care that goes beyond bubble baths and breathing exercises. It’s the kind that breaks cycles and builds connection again. #angerrelease, #MentalHealth, #emotionalwellbeing, #SelfCare, #StressRelief #angermanagementforparents

Not taking it personal. That’s the only thing that has helped me remain calm.

im a calm person in general, but ear plugs, low consistent monotone voice even if they yet louder/angrier/meaner. seems to bring them back down... works ok regular ppl also.. especially on the phone- lower the volume of the speaker, keep low calm monotone voice no matter what, and keep to your discussion/topic. ppl come back down and not as angry usually

When this happens, I talk slower and in a monotone voice. It helps a lot.

its funny that my son being a jerk doesnt push my buttons but if he doesnt take my advice I lose my mind- probably says more about me wanting to be taken seriously than anything else lol

2 sons, my youngest (now 4) is a wild child, can be very difficult, and I had been always jumping to frustrated with him so fast, after feeling guilty I forced myself to be calmer, and he has actually gotten a lot better. I think when it first started, my frustration perpetuated his acting out and vice versa like fuel and gasoline and I needed to stop the cycle. Trying every day to figure out how to best raise my son, he is so much different then my oldest was. I love him so much.

The author of this book is not a licensed child psychologist so the video is extremely misleading as one would just deduce the psychologist in question is related to the book in the tiktok shop link.
