No trees. In Gaylord. Near a huge forest. I was all in and ready to check out booking until I saw it was basically a parking lot 😭

I lived in gaylord and actually went to go stay at one of these sites... the fact that the city council built this instead of affordable housing is absolutely bull shit. I lived in friends houses and in a camper for 4 years while trying to find a house. 4 years wasted. and the price there asking id ridiculous. the otsego county state campground is alot cheaper and your right there on the lake.

Don’t forget to add that it’s on a very busy loud road, there’s zero trees or even privacy and most of it is still under construction 😬 good idea in theory but the execution is horrible

Yikes, this place has more rules and addon charges than Disney World. For what, to hangout in a big parking lot? Half of the items aren't built or open yet. The water park is extra and oarents have to pay a non swim fee to be on the beach monitoring their kids. Save your money there are far better places in the area.
