I went to an art fair yesterday & so many people brought dogs. One was laying down on its side panting. It broke my heart. I hate most people!

It breaks my heart to see people walking their dog without any water, especially in the summer. Even more so when I ask the owner (as we're already in conversation) if I can offer their dog water, and they reply "Oh no, they don't need it. I've even been told "A dog doesn't need water when they're out on a walk." Like,...what?!?!?!?! 😢🐾✌️🌸
