we had the same terrible government for 10 ears and their economic policies will continue. we had a chance to vote in a different government to try something else but failed. people have to go through more pain to vote in somebody else I guess. we will all feel this pain together.

A basic human need for survival should never have been allowed to be used as a store of value. Commercial and retail realestate, sure, make sense. But houses, where people need to live to survive... guess that yet rich quick scheme is ending.

I had a B lender offer me a ridiculous amount. I didn't accept it because I felt it was to expensive and risky for me. There are other A lenders out there other than banks. They some times have better options than banks.

Nothing really to do with housing market per se it’s an economic meltdown.somewhere around December 2028 is when the economy is going to spiral out of control with no stopping mechanism. Save what you can for now and hopefully you can ride out the storm of the century
