If the dude wasn’t a state trooper and an average citizen he would’ve been arrested without a second thought. Even if the rolls were reversed and the dude spit on the cop he would’ve been arrested quick asf. The Double standards is crazy, expect civilians to follow the law but OFFICERS can break it all they want.
