Also remember that if the value of your home goes up the insurance premiums will follow. Oh yeah the property taxes will go up as well. So that 1835 mortgage can easily get to 2100. Just my personal opinion 😂😂😂

for everyone saying “they don’t make them this cheap or that this is inaccurate” i’m 23 and me and my girl of 9 years are welcoming our first born in september on top of that we just signed on a home we’re having built for 255k 2 days ago on a 22 an hr and 20.50 hr pay rate..
