when people going to learn. Just comply. all you gonna do is get more charges piled on top . comply, follow directions, take mental notes,record if possible and dont argue. fight it in court. this way they cant say you did anything other then whatever he pulled you over for

Don’t need a reason to conduct a K9 sniff. If in the normal time frame of a traffic stop, a dog can sniff. The reason is you do not own air… It is the exterior of the vehicle

I feel like the cop could’ve handled this better. The cop was a little unclear at the start and then it went from 0 to 60 fast. I don’t know if that would’ve changed the driver’s response but it might have.
