There’s actually a guide on how to charge for your professional fees as contained in the federal government scale of fees for construction services…. You can’t charge above 5% of the construction cost as an architect, and as a Qs we cant charge above 3-4% of the construction cost….. now how do you get this construction cost?…… simply get an approximate estimate by using the GFA method and charge based on what you got

you can't use what you see Google to lecture us here bro, when you draw a plan, structural engr needs to work,QS will need to tell us the cost of the project,bro can you wait till that before you charge the amount you are going to charge the amount you will collect?,designing is not cheap 😂😭😂🤷
