I love this product down!!!! I went from XL(235-230lbs) to L(225-229lbs). I’m 5”2. I lost inches off my waist and this is by far the most comfortable faja I ever used

I got a size down as others said and the medium I couldn’t zip the top part up. I ordered a large now and I’m sure I can go down to a medium later as I train more and obviously continue with my gym journey. I’m 5’3 185lbs

I just bought one n for those concern bout long torso friendly I’ll come back w/ an update. I’m 5’7 n I read the size guide, it said L but I got M lol. Update will be bout Oct 14th cause my due date is Oct 7th (ima use my wrap first then waist train)
