sorry to comment this but that medicine should be prescribed before use due to that irrational use builds resistance and not all foul discharge requires anti fungal drugs , some foul discharge can be caused by other infections like trichomoniasis, Chlamydia , gonorrhea or even disturbance in pH thus advise them to seek medical help
