In my opinion, we should keep animals that are not able to go back into the wild. We shouldn’t be tearing animals out of their ecosystems and families. Especially orcas and elephants are the biggest risk takers.

I only accept it if they’re in a proper habitat ( large, fresh and good food+water, shelters, whatever things they need to stay stimulated like toys, rocks, trees, etc. and other companies if it’s that kind of animal ) and it’s a rehab for animals that need care before being released again or an animal that has an issue to where it can’t be released safely

This is why I don’t support zoos, aquariums, or sea world anymore. As a child, I was too busy in awe of seeing the animals that I never saw the truth. Growing up, I’m finally realizing that they never should have been caged to begin with

the only reason zoos should exist is for animals that were hurt or can’t survive in the wild on their own. wild animals shouldn’t be born in captivity or taken from the wild.
