Honestly not even sure what I’m doing let alone being able to help you answer that for yourself but honestly I just go with the motions. I try to treat life like one giant wave and I’m a surfer. You can’t fight the wave or you’ll wipe out and go under water then it’ll take you forever to get your board back and get in the flow again. So instead just follow the wave. Ride the wave wherever it goes. It might get a little patchy and sketchy but ultimately you won’t wipe out even when it seems like you will. I hope that analogy makes sense it makes sense in my head so I always live by it
