Before I ever heard this song I was having a conversation with my husband about how I’d rather be malled by a bear than attacked by a man and HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND why I was saying that. It just MADE sense to me. A bear…an animal would not kill for sport. They’d go straight for the throat. But a man? He’d destroy, rip, use, break, and maybe…maybe he’d be merciful by ending it….and even if he did, we’d be disposed off like nothing. And then…I heard this song a week later it came up on my Spotify and I was like…omg is this a women’s universal thinking? I let my husband hear this and he was shocked at how similar my thinking was before I even heard it.
