The best way I explained it to someone was “I’m not angry at you or bitter at you I’m happy for you I’m just very angry and bitter at my situation, so please understand my temporary silence is not directed towards you it’s me processing my feelings with what I’m going through”

Me and my SIL got pregnant at the same time, she lost hers at 5 weeks and now I’m 13 weeks. She has been acknowledging everyone else’s pregnancy and being kind EXCEPT to me. Like I did nothing to you don’t treat me like 💩 bc you’re upset.

Stop someone I went to high school with posted a pregnancy announcement for their “early November baby” a little while after I miscarried my baby whose due date was November 4th.. like we straight up had the SAME timeline. I had to temporarily “take a break” from her posts because I couldn’t watch her tummy grow and see the ultrasound photos when my baby should’ve been having that same progress, so glad Facebook has that option.

It’s like a slap in the face combined with guilt for feeling any kind of way about it, no matter how much time passes the pain never fades it’s just a whole in my heart that feels heavier by the day. I’d be 28 weeks. ❤️🩹

Other people’s worlds DONT stop spinning just because yours did. And this is coming from someone who struggled to conceive for years whilst everyone around me were popping out babies. As harsh as it is, it’s not all about you and other people are entitled to express their happiness without feeling guilty because of YOUR personal struggles :/.

I had to announce my pregnancy to my sister after she has a miscarriage. It was so hard for me and I felt horrible. My sister and I are super close.

I can relate to this 100%. I just went through a lost in May with twins. I experience a lot of coworkers and family members announcing their pregnancy. I felt it was unfair and angry. 🙏❤️

yeah but this isn’t fair to the women who experienced a loss also, I had a second term loss and now am pregnant again after ttc for 9 months 15 months total.
