My TDEE calculated that I should eat 1700 to lose 1lb a week and I put on 3lbs in 2 weeks 😬 So I'm doing 1500 now. Can the TDEE be wrong?

My maintenance is ~2250/day. I’ve been eating 1200-1700/day for three weeks, measuring everything, I walk ~8k steps a day, and I haven’t lost a single kg according to my scale 😭 I FEEL a lot looser though, like the fat is.. floppier? Also more energy and easier movement. But the lack of weight loss is confusing 🥺

I wouldn't want to eat 100 cal deficit, you could easily just not be in a deficit if you accidentally undercounted a few things. With 300-500 you're def in a deficit

I’m a 4’10 girly that’s been in a deficit for longer than I’d like to admit but I recently started reverse dieting. Last two weeks, I was at 1550-1650. Now I’m doing 1450 for 6 weeks and will go back up for a week or two! I have 33 lbs left to lose sooooo 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 this actually works!

iv been on a 500 for almost 2 months the last three weeks my scale has been stuck hasn't moved. My body looks the same and im just hungry and dont get to eat good food anymore I feel so defeated. I've heard so many people say that if you aren't hungry then you aren't in a deficit but that sounds so bad to me. My maintenance calories are 2800 and I can consistently eat 1800-2100 and not be hungry all the time because what you're eating also matters, not just how much
