Toby never did claim he had 20 years of programming experience. He's a musician first and foremost. And Deltarune has already been 4/7 released with the last 3/7 coming next year, while we have seen absolutely nothing from Thor.

You can make games with terrible code, i encourage people to do that. Just not after saying that you have 20 years of gamedev experience. And deltarune didnt have a crowdfunding, only undertale did after which it took 2.5 years to make one of the most renowned games in history.
