I’ve recently got out of an almost 11 year toxic relationship with a narcissist. Thank god we never married but were engaged. I understand the trauma bond you get with them. It wasn’t physical abuse but the mental, verbal and emotional abuse was terrible and I’m still struggling to reclaim myself. Stay brave and strong ❤️
